Portfolio evidence reviewers wish they saw more often

Reviewers skim dozens of portfolios weekly. The ones that slow them down share three traits: annotated screenshots, explicit redaction notes, and a short reviewer cheat sheet explaining what problem each artefact solved.

We see too many portfolios that are only glossy dashboards with no narrative. Mentors push cohorts to caption what changed between before and after states, even if the delta is modest.

Another gap is missing timestamps. Reviewers want to know whether work happened during a bootcamp week or in production. Honest dating builds trust faster than inflated scope claims.
