1. Controller

Purposes include responding to enquiries, administering cohorts, improving site reliability, and sending programme updates where permitted.

Processing rests on consent where required, performance of a contract for paid services, and legitimate interests such as securing our platforms, balanced against your rights.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for disputes. Cohort records follow our academic records schedule communicated at enrolment.
6. Recipients
We use processors for email delivery, scheduling, and hosting. Contracts require processors to protect data and process only on documented instructions.
7. International transfers
Where data leaves Singapore we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications aligned to PDPA expectations.
8. Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please report suspected incidents promptly.
9. Your rights
