1. Cooling-off for online purchases
Where the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act applies to your transaction, you may have a statutory cooling-off period for certain distance contracts. This policy supplements but does not replace those rights.
2. Eligibility window
For paid open cohort seats purchased directly from us, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of payment if the cohort has not yet started and you have not accessed downloadable mentor packs.
3. Partial refunds
After cohort start, refunds are generally not available except where we cancel a module. If you withdraw for medical reasons, we may offer a partial credit toward a future intake upon documented request.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, bespoke corporate workshops delivered on-site, and administrative fees stated at checkout are non-refundable once issued.
5. Process
Email hello@primextopflux.pro with your full name, cohort name, and payment reference. We respond within five business days with status.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days subject to bank processing.
7. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no additional charge.
